mixed feelings about this visit.
delayed shuttle billing problem
the room was clean. it had a balcony. that was acceptable.
The airport shuttle was late. i advised them of my arrival in advance. they acknowledged it, but i still waited, which wasn't great. billing also became a problem. i felt quite irritated. This stay was not ideal.

lukewarm water untrained staff
the shower never seemed to get hot, it was only lukewarm. when i spoke to someone, they just said that's as good as it gets. the travel desk was also not very helpful. i think they need more training to give better service to guests.

shuttle service smart features indian dishes cleaning service
The location was quite convenient. The hotel offered a free shuttle service right to the airport. the room had smart features, a big plus. the included breakfast was quite enjoyable because they had both local indian dishes and foreign cheese selections. the room cleaning service was very good. Kotteeswari and umesh were very kind also.
the customer support staff needs additional training to meet this hotel's standards. restaurant staff should also be more attentive.

i found the airport transfer very convenient. the hotel food impressed me, especially with a wide variety of cuisines offered. i greatly appreciated the team's attention to detail .
