the shower never seemed to get hot, it was only lukewarm. when i spoke to someone, they just said that's as good as it gets. the travel desk was also not very helpful. i think they need more training to give better service to guests.

The location was quite convenient. The hotel offered a free shuttle service right to the airport. the room had smart features, a big plus. the included breakfast was quite enjoyable because they had both local indian dishes and foreign cheese selections. the room cleaning service was very good. Kotteeswari and umesh were very kind also.
the customer support staff needs additional training to meet this hotel's standards. restaurant staff should also be more attentive.
