the check-in was disorganised. we arrived at 3pm and one of our rooms wasn't ready. the receptionist gave us the wrong room number. i opened an occupied room

i found the location quite convenient, with a supermarket and metro stop just around the corner. this made accessing the main train station straightforward. the provided coffee and tea facilities in the room were also a definite plus.

the room i initially received was not up to par regarding cleanliness. it required a change before my stay could be considered satisfactory, a bad start.

the hotel location is near the metro and commercial streets. my room was updated and large with a good bathroom. staff gave tickets for public transportation for my stay. breakfast offered many options and i found a seat easily.

a little chocolate fountain lacked items for dipping.
