the check-in was easy, and the staff showed kindness.
The room smelled moldy because of the ac unit. the pool area also lacked appeal. There was almost no shade. the concrete floor surrounding the pool further detracted from the overall experience

the staff was helpful with directions and suggestions for local attractions! the room i stayed in was a standard king room, and it included a good work desk. breakfast had many choices, there were both local and international dishes.
the hotel's location was not exactly central, though it was manageable with a car.

the front desk staff was responsive, handling requests efficiently, and there was assistance available at all times were nice, though they were busy during peak hours. the staff seemed happy to help.

The hotel features a large swimming pool, with sun loungers available to use. The pool looked well maintained! i noticed a fitness center equipped with treadmills and stationary bikes was available. parking was spacious.

the breakfast buffet had both hot and cold selections, including fresh fruit, pastries, and eggs! i ate dinner in the dining hall, and the buffet options were plentiful and varied. the coffee was good, though i think it could be stronger.
