poor insulation lacking cleanliness
the staff was very friendly , offering assistance when needed.
i found the noise insulation lacking , so i could hear everything from the street and neighboring rooms , it was difficult to sleep well. cleanliness in the common areas such as corridors and stairs was okay , but not great. i was hoping for a quieter and cleaner environment.
