fantastic stay!

superb location honest staff laundry facilities

The hotel's location is just superb for getting around! Public transport is so close, shopping is easy, it's all right there. Staff honesty really impressed me when they found my lost pendant after I emailed. I also appreciated the self-serve laundry facilities available on the hotel.

My only hiccup happened at check-in. The person helping me didn't smile or offer a greeting. They seemed pretty annoyed, a bit off-putting at first.

Plenty of good food options are available nearby, so meals were never a problem. The corner restaurant featured live music which gave such a fun vibe during dinner outings.

My room included a balcony, a HUGE plus. The bright, cute room even had a microwave and a refrigerator, made snacking easy. The staff consistently ensured towels were refreshed daily.

excellent stay, great location

friendly housekeeper convenient location short walk

nilda, the housekeeper, was ultra friendly. she did a excellent job and was amazing . the location is convenient near ala moana mall and ala moana beach, also major bus lines are close. a short walk, about 15 minute, takes you to waikiki international market place and ala moana mall is only 10 minutes away.

the aircon put on freezing cold when i had it on warm. the staff never smile or greet anyone going thru lobby. it was not up to std at all.

Staff members were friendly and helpful when i asked questions, and they gave clear directions when i needed to find local attractions. Every request i had was met with speed and an excellent attitude.

Convenient Waikiki Stay

I found the hotel situated near many eating options and shops. It was a short walk to Hilton beach and pools, A HUGE plus. The pool and washing machines were helpful since I needed to wash clothes. The pool area had sufficient space and diverse seating.

The air conditioning unit was a bit old and noisy. It cycled on and off, not ideal.
