Fantastic Hotel Experience

helpful staff cosy room good variety

the staff was very nice and helpful (i really appreciated their kindness). the room was clean and cosy. the bed was great, and there were lots of pillows available. the breakfast buffet had a good variety.

The pool and jacuzzi was small. Therefore, it doesn't take many people. the rooms were also small. the bathroom did not meet expectations. The water went from ice cold to flaming hot in a second, not regular.

My stay experienced a few problems. The bathroom was quite small. Reaching for a towel was difficult due to the limited space. I think those issues should be addressed.

the location was quite good for getting around. it met my basic needs.

it was a hassle with luggage. the room felt quite dated, and the bathroom fixtures needed updating. The sink drained very slowly.

The front desk offered complimentary water in the lobby. It was quite refreshing. the staff displayed really good politeness. Their assistance proved invaluable on multiple occasions. before check-in, they accommodated our luggage storage needs, this was a significant convenience. the pool area presented a clean environment.
