Very nice stay HIGH above the caldera

The airport transfer service was QUICK with George I liked him. The resort is SUPER clean and well maintained EVERYTHING gleamed. Chrysa at the bar was attentive SHE made excellent drinks.
i had minor issues with slow wifi connectivity in certain areas of the hotel.

The restaurant had a variety of options for breakfast I saw fresh fruit pastries and hot dishes. The service staff provided prompt service. The dining area offers views of the caldera, a BIG plus.

The hotel is located a short drive from Fira the main town on the island. It is convenient for exploring different parts of the island. It's also relatively close to the black sand beaches.

The breakfast offered a good variety of choices and featured beautiful views.
I booked a VIP Jacuzzi Suite but the jacuzzi did not work. I reported this daily, but the hotel failed to fix it until the end of my stay. The jets had visible dirt coming from them.

The staff members were pretty nice. I traveled alone. I felt safe anytime I was in the shuttle. The hotel was pretty clean.
I was disappointed with the noise level at night. My room was located under the bar. I could hear chairs being moved. The breakfast was very repetitive. It did not vary much .
