helpful staff free shuttle lack privacy lukewarm jacuzzi
i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the breakfast had good options available. the room was spacious and clean. the hotel provided a free shuttle to the town, it was helpful.
the jacuzzis on the lower level lacked privacy. people could see you from the restaurant. the jacuzzi was lukewarm. it wasn't comfortable for the night time.

road noise mildew smell
the hotel offered a free shuttle to fira every other hour, acceptable.
I found the road noise a bit bothersome (honestly). some things needed maintenance. The phone didn't work, and there was a slight mildew smell in the restroom. i guess nobody is perfect.

the staff was genuinely helpful! they arranged a rental car quickly. i enjoyed the complimentary shuttle service to town. the sea views from almost every part of the hotel are awesome!
the breakfast buffet could use more variety. the pastries seemed a bit stale, which i found disappointing.
