Cuisine du Sud Restaurant
The onsite restaurant, La Cuisine du Sud, features Mediterranean cuisine with seasonal Corsican products. Chef Angelique & Guomei uses fresh ingredients from the hotel's organic vegetable garden. A wine bar and lounge bar are open all year, with 24-hour service from April to the end of October. Breakfast is served every morning from 5:45 AM. A coffee shop/cafe and coffee/tea are available in a common area.
