Great Seaview Experience

I had a superior room with seaview. Room 26 offered a fabulous view, I saw the sea directly ahead and a view of the marina to the left. Ferries went right past the window, I loved watching them. The room was spacious. It has a large comfortable bed with good quality linen and a big bathroom with double basins.

The spa sauna was out of service, that was a shame. The hammam had barely any heat and the light flickered. No spa treatments are available . It was a slight disappointment for a hotel of this level.

The staff was helpful, they assisted us in getting a taxi upon arrival from the ferry. The taxi arrived fast and the driver was courteous. I found the hotel personnel very friendly and efficient.

The location allowed easy access to the city center. There is also an elevator that takes you to the promenade. It makes it easy to stroll around the harbor. I found that the waterfront restaurants were only a short walk away.

The hotel provides comfortable common areas close to the foyer. An indoor heated pool is available. I noticed a hammam is present for guest use. These amenities added to the overall positive stay.

Really good Stay with Amazing Views

I found the hotel ideally positioned with a beautiful, clear view of the sea. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted and upgraded to a room larger than the one initially booked. The room featured a spacious layout, comfortable bed, good quality linen, and a big bathroom with double basins. I enjoyed having a drink on the terrace in the evening. It provided a lovely view. The staff was always helpful. They assisted with every request.

The spa sauna was out of order . This was slightly disappointing.

The staff demonstrated really good friendliness and competence. They were always ready to assist with directions, reservations, and any requests I had. Their professionalism added significantly to my overall satisfaction .

The hotel features a beautiful terrace, where I enjoyed evening drinks. I appreciated the lift which provides easy access from the Citadel area down to the port. The hotel also offers dinner. It was a lovely experience.
