In winter, cross-country and downhill skiing are available at Dodge Ridge Ski Resort, and snow play is available at Leland Snow Park. A fishing pier is located near the beach at Pinecrest Lake. Mountain biking operations run through October, weather permitting, on an intermediate freeride trail at Dodge Ridge.
Location and Access
Strawberry Inn is located on the Sonora Pass, the shortest route between Reno, Nevada, Las Vegas, and San Francisco. Yosemite Park is approximately 2.5 hours away. Highway 108 connects Strawberry Inn to the San Francisco Bay Area via Interstate 580 and Route 205 to Interstate 5 North. To reach the Inn from the Monterey Bay Area, take Pacheco Pass (Hwy 152) to Los Banos, Route 165 North to Turlock, Hwy 99 North to Modesto, and Hwy 108 to Strawberry. Dodge Ridge Ski Resort is 4 km away.
