I found the check-in process quite smooth. The staff were cute, a GREAT asset. I also appreciated the hotel's proximity to the metro station. It made city travel very manageable.

The sink had a very slow drip of cold water. I felt no hot water was available.

The room was clean, big and I found beds and the bathroom acceptable. The location is perfect for travellers. I appreciate how easy check-in was, staff are friendly and helpful. They have a water dispenser and option to choose tea, coffee and snacks is very nice.
