Review summary
Based on recent reviews
Powered by AI
Stone Court House is often praised for its beautifully restored building, conveniently located a pleasant 10-minute walk from Maidstone East station via the high street and near an excellent real ale pub. Guests frequently highlight the spacious rooms, some feeling like small apartments, complete with amenities like comfortable beds, great showers and baths. While most find the location ideal, a few guests have mentioned that some rooms can be affected by road noise. Overall, many consider it excellent value, especially given the grand period furniture and attention to detail in design.

very nice experience!

clean space reception rooms easy explanation
i found the place clean and well presented. many reception rooms were available. i loved easy explanation of the house entry sent by the owners. such a great experience overall!
the room has few chairs, and i felt they were a bit uncomfortable. i couldn't find other drinks on offer except expensive champagne. it would be great to have more options.

a satisfactory experience

check in system christmas decorations tiny lobby footwear area
the check in system worked smoothly. i like the house, it felt cute with christmas decorations. it had a christmas tree and carols played.
the lobby area is very tiny. the house has a no shoes policy, and it would have been more convenient to have a dedicated area for changing footwear.

adequate stay overall

dedicated area changing footwear exquisitely furnished comfortable room basic room busy traffic distant parking
the house had a "no shoes" policy. it would have been more convenient to have a dedicated area for changing footwear. the house was exquisitely furnished. my room was beautiful and very comfortable.
i was expecting a wonderful experience based on the reviews. the room was basic. i could hear all of the very busy traffic on the road outside. parking is not opposite the location.
