Absolutely Loved My Stay!

easy walking distance helpful staff perfect air conditioning
The location was very nice! Everything was within easy walking distance. I was able to explore so much. The staff were helpful and very nice too. I also appreciated that the air conditioning worked perfectly in the room for great temperature control.
I noticed that the cleanliness in the bedroom wasn't perfect. The carpet had some stains on it.

The location is convenient. It is close to numerous tourist attractions. The central position makes exploring very easy, while also keeping all main interests within short walking distance. I liked how accessible everything was!

Acceptable stay in a central location

excellent location big room dirty wall cracked tile
The location is excellent. It is very close to the cathedral, (which is convenient) and a short walk to Baščaršija. The rooms are big and contain many beds.
I found the room was not clean. The walls and toilet were dirty. The shower worked poorly and many tiles were cracked.

The room was a Two-Bedroom Apartment, and it felt very spacious. The ACs in the room allowed for excellent temperature control (which was great). The staff cleaned the room upon request even when it was in the afternoon.
The internet connection wasn't stable.

The location was excellent. It was close to everything. the hotel allowed us to leave our luggage at the reception on our departure day until we went to the airport.

Excellent Location and Comfortable Stay

excellent location temperature control
the location was excellent. it was very close to tourist attractions. the acs in the room allowed temperature control. the room was cleaned upon request even in the afternoon.
the cleanliness was poor. the red carpet had stains. there was a lot of dirt piled up between the bed and the wall by the window.
