The location was perfect for exploring the city. It was very central.
My room was quite noisy. I was woken up by a cook yelling at her manager. when i complained, the cook checked her watch, implying i should be up by 7:30. i felt that as a paying guest, i should be able to wake up whenever i choose, instead of feeling pressured by staff. this incident negatively impacted my stay.

lovely hotel experience

i stayed at the hotel for several nights, and the staff was very friendly. every staff member smiled and checked in on me. they helped me with tour recommendations and with the parking spot. breakfast was so excellent too, but it starts a bit late at 8 am.
the corridors have an overpowering fragrance. it is some sort of perfumed air freshener. i think it is quite strong and it bothered me . the windows can be opened fully, which reminded me of a bit of a security risk to me.

the rooms feature automatic shutters and good air conditioning. beds are so comfy too and helps ensure a restful night. the rooms also have soundproofing that makes it so quiet.

the receptionists are so diligent. they provide what guests need quickly. they even accommodate a breakfast to take away exactly how you ask them to. i thought that was so considerate.

the breakfast impressed us a lot. they provided other milks than cow's milk like almond and soy. they also provided different breads plus smoked salmon and sunny side up eggs. yummy!

charmed by the small details!
attentive stafftake-away breakfastgreat location
the staff was super attentive. they promptly provided an iron and a hairdryer to the room. i appreciated the take-away breakfast, it was exactly what i requested. the location near the agency dreams balkans travel was convenient!!!
