the staff was friendly. they were attentive. i appreciated the complimentary water in the lobby. the everyday cleaning was good.
the shower drainage system was not great. the water did not go away easily. i found the receptionist not good. i thought the bathroom condition was not ideal.

The staff were helpful in securing a cab for me early in the morning.
The room was spacious, but the floor seemed dirty (it was like I was walking on sand). I brought this to the attention of housekeeping. It still felt gritty. I also heard my neighbors' conversations late at night.

excellent stafffree water
mrt, a convenience store, a fast food restaurant and a bank atm are all close. the staff were excellent, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. i liked that there were buttons at the door for staff indicating 'do not disturb' and 'please clean room'. air conditioning was excellent too.

the room had a separate toilet and shower area which was practical. i received two complimentary water bottles each day. the air conditioning worked very well, a significant plus.

the front desk staff were very helpful, and the housekeeping service was prompt. staff assisted me in securing a taxi at a fair rate early in the morning. they also helped with directions.

the hotel is near a convenience store, a fast food restaurant, and an atm, so very convenient. it is a short walk to the subway line and this made getting around simple. the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.
