The hotel boasts a beautiful design with attention to detail. The bed was comfortable, and i noticed the excellent quality of the bed linen. I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely stay there again.

I noticed that the hotel rooms lack bellboy service, made me bring my luggage to my room.

Check-in was friendly and helpful, even though I arrived late. The staff were always smiling, especially the lady at the reception. Communication with the staff was quick and easy.

the check-in process felt very cute. the room's cleanliness impressed me much. the hotel offered a useful kettle and mini-fridge for drinks. i appreciated the friendly and generous cleaning staff.

the coffee downstairs really did not appeal to me and seemed overpriced.

I thought the decor throughout the hotel had a cool, chicness. The staff were helpful with all requests. The rooms were a good size. Clean and the beds felt very luxurious. The restaurant downstairs served good food.

The room I had was slightly over decorated. this is a minor issue.

The location was good (i walked 10 minutes to the nearest BTS sky train). Taxis are easily available outside the hotel if needed. The hotel is around the corner from MBK mall.

The superior double room I stayed in was clean and well looked after. Complimentary water was provided and topped up daily. The bed was big and comfy. It gave me a nice sleep.

The staff spoke great English and were very helpful. The lady at the front desk sorted out a driver to take me to the train market. She also arranged floating in one day, great.
