Praya Palazzo is located on the eastern banks of the Chao Phraya River. It is accessible by the hotel's private barge from Phra Artit Pier. The hotel, built in 1923, is a restored Italian-style mansion. It provides a retreat from Bangkok's hubbub.

The hotel has 15 rooms including Superior Double Rooms (25m²), Superior Twin Rooms (25m²), and Deluxe Rooms (26m²) with garden or Chao Phraya River views.
