Adequate stay. Some issues surfaced
constant noise thin walls
the room was quite large with plenty of space. it certainly met my basic expectations.
i stayed for several nights and found it hard to sleep well. noise seemed a constant issue, i could hear conversations from adjacent rooms quite easily. hallway sounds and doors slamming started early, it was hardly restful.

Our family really enjoyed the family room. It featured comfortable beds! The new bathroom had beautiful, nice toiletries. Its location to the train and main town worked great for us. I was so happy.
I noticed hard flooring around, even in the bedrooms. I could hear people moving in the corridor and neighboring rooms, even during the night.

fantastic stay near the station!
perfect location friendly staff quiet room
the hotel's location was fantastic! it's right across the road from the train station and within walking distance of shopping and restaurants, and the staff were amazing. a request for a quiet room was swiftly arranged, i really liked that.
The air conditioning was barely noticeable and very hot. It was a stuffy room after coming from outside, which i did not like.

i found the breakfast to be excellent. the selection of food was great, i would only suggest better quality on the juices, though maybe less sweet! the evening meals were very good too.

the hotel location is interesting and very central! it's a short walk from the main train station, which i really appreciated. it was possible to walk during the night without any concerns.

the staff were friendly and helpful, arranged a quiet room quickly! a request for a slightly earlier breakfast was not possible. the team did pack a breakfast for an early check out at 4:30 am, however.

helpful staff friendly staff fresh towels great selection
I found the staff very helpful and friendly. they carried my bags to my room and even arranged for conditioner to be brought up, which i appreciated. the room was always clean and tidy with fresh towels everyday. breakfast was also very good with a great selection. I loved it!!!
i thought the air conditioning was a little noisy and i couldn't turn it off completely.

the hotel boasts an excellent location, within walking distance of various sights and museums. many nice restaurants are located nearby. it is also conveniently located a few minutes from the train station, made arrival and departure easy.

the hotel staff is consistently helpful and efficient, offering good customer service. they remembered to bring soya milk coffee each morning. a porter carried my bags to the room. this shows attention to guest needs.

The room was very spacious. It had a very comfortable bed and updated bathroom with a great shower. The location is fantastic right across from the train station.
