i loved the location! it was really central. the breakfast was so luscious with a wide selection! every staff member was so helpful and friendly.

the room was a bit small for a five star hotel, i think. the bathroom could use some tlc. i found a small black mold in the toilet, it wasn't great.

unresponsive thermostat temperature control

the location was ACCEPTABLE , providing easy access to nearby attractions.

my room's temperature control was HORRIBLE. the thermostat seemed unresponsive , leaving me either too hot or too cold. I FOUND it hard to regulate the environment for comfortable sleep. this issue NEEDS addressing.

garden area valet parking small rooms uncomfortable bathroom

i did like the garden area. i could enjoy a drink from the bar with a cigar there. also, the valet parking was an great option for me.

The rooms ARE ridiculous small. the bathroom is super uncomfortable. I could not move around inside unless i lock myself in, as the door blocks half the space.
