SpringHill Suites Chicago Downtown/River North is located in Chicago's Near North Side district. It is near the Chicago Riverwalk and Michigan Avenue. Grand is a 5-minute walk. Chicago Union is 2 km away, and Midway International is 20 km. Each suite includes air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with cable, ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a seating area. Every room has a private bathroom with a bath or shower, free toiletries, and a hairdryer. Select rooms include a seating area. Conveniences include desks, microwaves, and phones with free local calls, as well as complimentary weekday newspapers.

A complimentary full breakfast is served on weekdays from 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM. Holloway's Bar offers handcrafted cocktails and small bites with modern decor, overlooking the city.
