City Suites Hotel has 45 guest rooms and suites, each featuring Art Deco styling and modern comforts. Every room provides a flat-screen cable TV and a work desk. Suites add a separate sitting area with a sofa bed. Furnishings include custom-designed buffets with black granite tops and gold-leaf side panels, and natural maple coffee and side tables with black granite tops. All rooms include ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, a mini-bar, sitting area, free toiletries, an AM/FM alarm clock, and carpeted floors.

A free continental breakfast is served with a fireplace, striped easy chairs, potted plants, fresh flowers, and vases on communal tables.
