quiet street beautiful decor good communication friendly staff
The hotel is close to the train station. It was easy to reach my destinations. the room decor was beautiful. staff communication was good both before and after my stay. the staff were happy and friendly.
the street was quiet however the parking was expensive.

Excellent Boutique Experience
hotel location quality linens staff care
The hotel's location allows easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. My room included high-quality linens and soft towels. The staff showed genuine care for guest comfort and happiness , which was noticeable.
The absence of a proper duvet , only sheets and blankets , affected my sleep quality .

The staff were helpful and they aimed to. They assisted with luggage upon arrival. They also offered a handcrafted welcome drink on arrival.

The room had a good size and a well-executed design. Fine linens covered the bed and thick towels were present in the bathroom. A big screen tv was included.

Stairs exist within the hotel. Parking is reserved at the hotel's rear. Access to the parking area late at night is challenging after reception closes.

bathroom door absent staff
I was really frustrated with some aspects of my stay. the bathroom door didn't fully close. I found that really annoying. also, the staff was not always at the reception desk. Made it difficult to get assistance sometimes. i expect better for the price i paid.

I stayed several nights here and found a few things disappointing. The room was quite small (I had a lot of luggage). The bathroom lacked privacy. I often had to wait for assistance at reception. The price felt excessive for what was provided.
