Really good service, stylish space

helpful staffearly check-inexcellent showerinadequate curtain
The staff was very accommodating. I was allowed to freshen up in their shower room before storing my bags. I received a message letting me know i could do an early check-in when the previous guests departed and my room was ready. The ac and shower were also excellent.
The room had no proper curtains. Light streamed in while the sun was up, or the hall light was on. This meant i didn't sleep well here. everything else was good.

underwhelming stay, some issues need attention.

loud conversationsblackout curtains
The noise was a problem. i could clearly hear conversations in the reception area at all hours and upstairs footsteps kept me awake. the room i had was near the entrance and stairs. There was no sleeping in because people walked past and talked loudly. also, the blackout curtains didn't fully block light. i found this quite frustrating.

adequate stay, some issues noted

small bathroomcracked sink
The bathroom was quite small. There was barely any space to put toiletries. the sink also had a crack and the bottom of the bath was stained. i also found that none of the wardrobe or kitchen unit doors closed properly, which detracted from the room's overall presentation.
