Check-in was simple. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the location was ideal. It was easy to get to various attractions. i found the firm bed comfortable and i appreciated having a choice of pillow firmness.

the communal coffee supplies meant i couldn't have coffee in my room, a slight inconvenience.

My beautiful single room included good air-conditioning. the room had nice decor and a warm shower. the space was reasonable in size, and everything was clean and new. The room was quiet too.

the hotel's location was very central! it was easy to move to any area. the hotel is minutes away from central station and other major locations, facilitating easy access to transport.

convenient location fresh towels on-site dining

i found the location excellent, particularly its proximity to the qvb and circular quay. fresh towels were provided daily, which i greatly appreciated. on-site dining options added a touch of convenience to my visit.

I noticed the pillows had a slight odor. It might be a good idea to freshen them more often.

I found the location VERY convenient, close to Town Hall and public transport. The staff was friendly and helpful . The room was clean and matched the description on the website. The bed was comfortable, and I slept WELL.

The shower area was a bit small.
