the breakfast WAS delicious.
I found the jacuzzi almost COLD! and the steam room and sauna were not even turned ON. finding someone to help was hard. There was almost never a staff member at the front desk.

I adored this hotel. It possessed a familial essence, one felt so welcomed. the staff displayed warmth, always ready to assist. i was in awe of the spa! i basked in the indoor pool after my massage. Rebecca is an absolute gem!!!

i found the staff kind and helpful.. their service included ski pass assistance, geneva transfers, and ski lift shuttles. the breakfast and dinner options impressed me. the spa and sauna were amazing and offered a nice bathtub in my room.
the bathroom could benefit from some updates, and i missed having tea or coffee making facilities in the room.
