missing balcony slippery floors
I was frustrated the room i booked did not match what i received. i specifically requested a room with a balcony, that was not available upon arrival. the receptionist only offered a free continental breakfast as compensation, which hardly made up for the disappointment. additionally, the spa's condition was not satisfactory. The jacuzzi jets barely worked, and the overall dimly lit atmosphere created a hazardous environment. the slippery floors made it unsafe. I am concerned about other guests getting injured.

lovely stay!
helpful staff excellent breakfast friendly manager
the staff rebooked the spa for us. they even found some goggles to lend when we lost a pair just before a ski lesson! the breakfasts were excellent and staff were really kind and friendly. valeria, the manager, was excellent too!
on one day, the sauna was unfortunately out of action.

The staff were very kind. Vicky were pretty good too ensure we had accomodation. Breakfasts were excellent, and I found the food beautifully presented. I also liked that the spa only accepts eight people. It.

The hotel includes a spa. It only allows eight people at a time. I found the spa has a warm pool, sauna, and steam room, and the experience was great. Mad Wax Ski Hire service also operates in the basement.

the room size was acceptable the bathroom was well equipped
the advertised spa was not included it required an additional fee this was unexpected the room was not as clean as i expected with some dust visible on surfaces housekeeping did not replenish toiletries daily which i found inconvenient

mixed feelings
slippery floors broken jacuzzi jets
the staff at the reception was helpful enough.
We were initially given a room without the balcony we booked. the spa area felt unsafe for children. My child slipped because of the slippery floors. many jacuzzi jets were broken (it just wasn't functional).

amazing restaurant cozy bar kind staff superb location
I enjoyed the amazing restaurant a lot. I found really nice vibes at the bar, it was super cozy! Every staff member was kind and polite to me. The location was superb!
