obstructed view inadequate gym

The biggest letdown was the room i reserved. i thought a 'double room sea view' would actually have a decent view of the sea, but it was mostly obscured by some palm trees. the lack of a proper gym was annoying too. All they had were a few weights and a treadmill crammed into a small space. i hoped for more equipment. it felt more like an afterthought than a real fitness area.

friendly staff immaculate grounds great air-conditioning

The bar staff knew their stuff inside out. The restaurant staff were super friendly, I cannot lie. The hotel grounds are immaculate and I saw they are tended with real care. The air-conditioning in the rooms worked great.

The beach nearby had quite a lot of seaweed. I wish it had less

decent but unremarkable stay

small pool leaf blower noise

the staff seemed helpful enough, i suppose. the hotel provided a shuttle service, convenient.

my room wasn't ready until quite late, around 6:30 pm. the pool struck me as rather small. leaf blowers started up outside my window early every morning, around 6:30 am and that was annoying.

The staff provided excellent hospitality. They were very good too. The hotel grounds looked great.

There was no bottled water available anywhere. Incorrect service occurred at the restaurant. The restaurant frequently lacked basic offerings such as eggs. I would have liked better food service.
