This resort is amazing! i had access to several very nice restaurants with different specialties. robinson assisted me wonderfully throughout my vacation. He was great! all staff and animation team members do a great job for all clients. the premium program access was totally worth it.

I noticed some inconsistencies with the dress code in the à la carte restaurants though. many guests chose flip-flops and beachwear. Even inside. it seems challenging to adhere to rules when these are not enforced. Which is disappointing.

the resort has a beautiful beach and lush palm trees. the resort is well maintained! vendors will offer you souvenirs, braiding hair, and massages, but they easily back off if you decline.

The junior suite and bathroom were very clean and nice. the gardens were nice. And i enjoyed the coffee in the room. we loved cappucino and raisa. Some nice staff. but the view was amazing!

The hotel entrance and lobby were beautiful. A butler who spoke English was assigned to me. Johnny was an excellent butler and provided great customer service. He ensured my needs were met.

The check-in process was very long. I waited for over an hour for my room to get ready. This happened despite arriving after 3 p.m, the stated check-in time. On my first morning, I received a call to my room at 8 a.m, I was invited to a breakfast. This breakfast was a timeshare presentation.
