Sokha Angkor Resort offers 276 rooms and suites with Khmer design. Accommodations include Deluxe Rooms with city or temple views, Pool View Rooms with balconies, and a range of Suites. Suites add a lounge area and access to The Lounge. The Royal Sokha Suite features 320 square meters, two bedrooms, a dining area with kitchenette, massage and sauna room. All rooms include wired and wireless broadband Internet access, tea and coffee making facilities, Mina Bar, electronic safe, and multi-channel LCD flat screen TV. Suites provide plasma TVs. Some rooms have private balconies, separate bathtubs, and shower stalls. The resort has three restaurants and two bars. Le Chanthou is an indoor restaurant decorated in Cambodian art blended with a French Colonial style, serving Western and Khmer dishes and an extensive wine list. It is suitable for romantic candlelight dinners, with outdoor dining on the patio overlooking the pool. The Lotus offers an international buffet with East-meets-West flavors, prepared in an open kitchen, facing the pool and gardens. Takezono features Japanese cuisine in a Japanese-style decor with a dining area, tatami room, teppanyaki area, and sushi bar. Champa Café & Bar is a spot to enjoy afternoon High Tea, light appetizers, or drinks. The Lounge, for Executive Floors and Suites guests, provides breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails.
Leisure and Entertainment
Sokha Angkor Resort provides a saltwater swimming pool. The Jasmine Spa offers 14 private treatment rooms and a variety of therapies. Treatments include body massages, body scrubs, aromatherapy baths, and facial treatments. The Fitness Center features Technogym and Concept 2 equipment. The Jasmine Spa is open daily, and use of the facilities is limited to hotel guests and spa members.
Location and Transportation
Sokha Angkor Resort is located in the heart of Siem Reap. It is within walking distance to Pub Street, local handicrafts, and the Old Market. Angkor Wat temples and the golf course are a 10-minute drive away. The airport is 45 minutes away. The resort offers free WiFi in its cars, including a limousine.
