Underwhelming Stay. Issues with Hot Water

The staff were helpful during check-in.
The hot water in my room ran out quickly when I tried to fill the bath. I mentioned this issue every day, but the situation never improved. The bedside table was also inconveniently placed behind the bed, so I couldn't keep anything next to me at night. The free coffee sachets included milk. Getting black coffee required an extra charge.

the staff was friendly and engaging, impeccably trained.
the breakfasts were underwhelming i was not happy with the limited choice and poor quality the poolside bar food was overpriced and woeful i did not eat in the restaurant the bedrooms could use a makeover and fresh paint.

All staffs were friendly. Service came with a smile. The bar was well-stocked. I particularly enjoyed sipping cocktails during happy hour by the pool terrace. Manager Chomroeun and his dream team gave us a warm introduction to this country.
Breakfast had a limited simple a la carte menu more suited to a 3-star hotel. The breakfast to-go box was also quite basic. It included just a croissant, dry toast, small marmalade, and some fruits. There was nothing to drink.

The hotel is located close to the main attractions and temples. Many restaurants and cafés can be found within WALKING distance. This makes exploring the area very convenient.
