I stayed in the royal suite bathtub for 3 nights. the bathroom included a double bathtub and separate shower. It felt quite luxurious. breakfast offered a good selection. Everything was freshly made.
the pool beds were mostly in the shade, we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

airport transfer sunrise excursion local cuisine
Thavy contacted me before my stay to check if I needed assistance. They arranged my airport transfer plus booked a sunrise temples excursion. The staff was helpful and the restaurant provided tasty local cuisine with traditional music.
The balcony size was not large, so the room was nice but a bigger balcony would be better.

cold swimming pool unappealing breakfast
The staff were personable, proficient and always SO polite. The location, facilities, rooms, food, drink and support were all superb.
The swimming pool is VERY cold. Beds are mostly shaded all day. The breakfast menu offered few options I enjoyed. I tried a few items, but found nothing appealing.

average stay, some issues

uncomfortable seating depressing atmosphere
the staff were helpful, i guess.
i booked a room and found it not great. the balcony overlooked the street, and there were no comfortable chairs to sit on. breakfast was just ok, and the restaurant room felt depressing. we didn't eat or drink there other than breakfast because of the atmosphere.

The free tuk-tuk service into town was alright. It got me where I needed to go.
My room was supposedly a 'Classic Double Room'. The dated decor did not impress. the mini-bar prices were highway robbery, so I stuck to water.
