surprisingly nice stay

check-in was really smooth and quick. i appreciated the location, near a few takeout places. the free car park just around the corner was useful.
the walls could use a fresh coat of paint.

The receptionist was very kind. Polite and really made an effort to make sure i was comfortable. they catered to my needs with a smile, which i found very professional.

the check-in process was smooth. the room was compact. it was very comfy and tidy! though i only needed it for one night. it was near where i needed to be.
There was no off street parking available. the only parking i found was in front of the hotel on the street. It was only free between certain hours. i also noticed some mould spots in the bathroom. the doors didn't have soft close mechanisms so they were quite loud.

The check-in process was quick. The room was compact. It was clean and met my needs for a single night. The hotel's proximity to Rutland Water was very convenient.
One room's door did not lock. No one addressed this issue. The toilet condition was not good. It was a let down.
