the hotel is close to the metro station making travel simple i found the room adequate the staff offered assistance readily mr ali at reception supplied information regarding delhi this was helpful given my limited time there. i found the breakfast to be nutritious. manish was friendly and helped me with my needs.

the entrance alley presented some cleanliness concerns including odors this detracted slightly from the overall experience

The staff were really nice and Mohan and Manish are polite and helpful. The laundry service was efficient and it has a nice rooftop.

Pillows was so stained under the pillowcases that I not put my face on them, so I slept on my travel pillow. The blankets, they were really stained and looked filthy. The bathroom smelled really bad.

friendly staffmildew smell

the staff was friendly, i guess, and tried to be helpful, but its not enough.

The room smelled heavily of mildew and it was impossible get a good sleep with it. i had to keep asking for hot water, and even then it only lasted for a few minutes before turning cold. the noise levels were horrible from the street traffic. I definitely needed earplugs here.

The room was clean and the sheets were fresh which was important. I found the staff very helpful. They assisted me with directions and currency exchange. The hotel provided free rooftop breakfasts. It was possible to leave luggage after checking out which was helpful

The immediate surroundings were a bit chaotic with narrow streets. It can be overwhelming for some people.
