the location was pretty good. the hotel room was at the back of the building. the hotel room was ok though nothing really good. i found many toiletries set out.

loud noises occurred all night, like sirens and fans. it sounded like air conditioners or people blending food every minute. ear plugs weren't enough as it was so loud, i didn't really sleep because of this.

i appreciated the staff's helpfulness in storing my bags before check-in , it was a big convenience. the room had a quiet , high-quality heater , which was great . the bathroom provided a continuous hot shower , which i definitely enjoyed. the bed proved to be comfortable.

i found that the rooms were quite small , which limited space for luggage.

the staff were attentive and helped me arrange an uber to the airport , even keeping an eye on things. i found the staff very helpful and accommodating with my requests , especially regarding laundry and parcel delivery. they provided early check-in.

odd hummingtoast shortage

the hotel, oh, it had its moments. there was this odd humming sound all night, probably something with the old ac system. it really got on my nerves, and earplugs did not really work. also, the breakfast buffet, a sad affair, ran out of basics like toast pretty quickly. i mean, who runs out of toast at breakfast? the breakfast definitely require more attention.

The hotel is close to the metro station. That was helpful.

The breakfast service was slow. getting simple things like bowls or juice took forever, even when few guests were present. also, the air conditioning was loud. It was hard to sleep despite facing a quiet street. i found the noise disruptive.

the location was great. it was in the middle of a shopping area. the room was very clean and tidy. i slept so well during my 3 nights (i was really tired!).

the rooms are small. there is no pool or any recreation activities. it is just an average hotel. i didn't expect this (i expected much more for this price).
