the rooms include high-speed wifi and a flatscreen television. the ensuite bathroom features a cloth hanging station. the hotel's proximity to the metro station is convenient. a minibar with water and soft drinks is available at no extra charge.

the restaurant next door was unhygienic and of poor quality. i found it inconvenient that cabs did not reach the hotel directly. a separate pick-up point was about 300 meters away, which presented an issue.

The room was noisy. it faced the main street, and i heard a lot of traffic. room service wasn't great. i had to call several times for one order. They came to my room four times to complete it. i did not care for the area surrounding the building either.

The hotel staff were very helpful. They assisted in organising assistance and were consistently friendly. early check-in was accommodated as requested and the location proves perfect for tourists. i also appreciated shahid's help with the tv and ac as he was very polite.

I noticed a need for improvement in the outsourced restaurant. It served the breakfast. the breakfast needs some improvements for the future guests. i hope this will be changed in future.

I found the rooms to be compact yet very comfortable from September 4 to 16. The proximity to the Karol Bagh metro station made traveling easy. A bustling night market just behind the hotel had a wide variety of goods. I appreciated the complimentary minibar stocked with water and soft drinks.

The area around the hotel is dirty. This is somewhat typical for the city.
