the hotel had really good blackout curtains. it helped me sleep well. the hotel also had good insulation. this ensured i wasn't disturbed by outside noise. the location is especially convenient if you are taking the ferry or the train. it is also great for a walk by the harbor.
the facilities inside the rooms are quite basic, which i noticed immediately. i hope they improve this a little.

My room had good blackout curtains for a restful night. the insulation was very effective, blocking outside noise well. the room provided an adequately quiet environment for sleeping. It was great.

I found the breakfast to be very good. the selection was well-organized. while there was no yogurt on the second morning, the overall quality and variety were very positive. The eggs were perfect.

Self-check-in and self-check-out are possible here. this is very accommodating if you arrive late by ferry. the hotel provides a kiosk to order a taxi. This is a very useful service.

The hotel is very close to the ferry port. A bus stop towards the airport is only a few minutes' walk away. I appreciated the option to buy coffee and tea at the reception. The room was clean and orderly.
The breakfast felt a little limited. The hotel could improve the range of options available to guests.

The location is excellent for train travellers. The station is just across the street. i found a washing machine and dryer in the lobby. Detergent was available at the front desk for a fee.
The room i booked for one person was small and lacked storage space. i only found two hooks and two hangers behind the door. There were no shelves at all.
