The room was dirty and unsafe. The shower had mold, and the shower tray moved. The towels weren't replaced daily, so they was smelly and unhygienic.

Zsaklin at the front desk was helpful. She was also kind. The location was very convenient. City Park is easy to walk, there are thermal spa, christmas markets, house of music, heroes park. Room was clean. Room was roomy.

The room was very cramped. I think the images had me believe that there would be more space. I think the room would be much nicer as a one person room with a small table. The hotel is situated in a less inviting part of town.
