The Arctic Spa offers a wilderness bath and sauna. Hydrotherapy releases tension in mind and body. The combination of hot and cold improves blood circulation, activates the lymphatic system, and aids in detoxifying the body. It promotes the release of endorphins. Tradition suggests following the hot experience with immersion in cold water or snow, causing skin pores to close. A 15 to 25-minute relaxation session in the wilderness bath is recommended, along with drinking plenty of water. The minimum age for Arctic Spa is 16 years. Children aged 8 to 16 who are hotel guests may use Arctic Spa if accompanied by their parents.

“Here's my take: this hotel positions itself as a reliable choice in Sisimiut, especially appealing for those tackling the Arctic Circle Trail. I noticed its hiker-friendly amenities, like the shoe dryers - a thoughtful touch. While the restaurant gets busy, it's clearly a hub for good, satisfying meals.”
