Hotel Arctic features Brasserie Ulo and Arctic Fine Dining & Wine Bar. Brasserie Ulo provides Greenlandic and international ingredients, specializing in seasonal menus and fresh bread. From June to August, it hosts a Greenlandic buffet every Monday evening and a Greenlandic barbeque every Saturday. Arctic Fine Dining & Wine Bar combines Greenlandic cooking with international tastes. The summer menu includes local vegetables, mushrooms, berries, and herbs. The Wine Bar offers wine selections with guidance from a sommelier.
