Rooms and Cottages

The Villager Motel has 36 rooms, with options including Studios with Kitchenettes, King Rooms, Double Queen Rooms, Deluxe King Rooms and Cabins. Rooms feature climate control, a flat-screen TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Select rooms include a mini-fridge, microwave, shower/tub combination, a queen bed, or two queen beds. Kitchenette Rooms accommodate up to 4 guests with a queen bed and double day bed, fully equipped kitchenette. Cottages have a full kitchen, double bedroom, living/dining area, private bath, and private porch. Some rooms feature a patio with mountain or pool views. Dogs are only allowed, with a maximum of 50 pounds. The pet fee is $20 per night per pet. Dogs are not allowed in specific rooms.

On-Site Amenities

The Villager Motel offers access to a seasonal outdoor pool and a kids play area. Guests can use 15 acres with fire pits, picnic areas and grills. A tributary of the Saco River runs through the property, where guests can camp in the wooded area. Free private parking and Wi-Fi are available.

Story Land is a children's theme park. Loon Mountain features horseback riding, mountain biking and lift access.
