helpful staff affordable places
the staff was helpful i got a driver arranged to the airport easily. there were affordable places for food nearby

helpful staff spacious room clean room
i found the staff very helpful. i appreciated they printed my boarding passes. The room felt spacious and clean. i booked a double room , BUT received a triple room.
i found the sound insulation lacking, and noises from the street were quite noticeable.

the hotel features two lounges, one for smokers and one non-smoking. breakfast includes fresh orange juice served each morning. a solarium offers a swimming pool alongside tables and chairs, allowing relaxation in the open air.

breakfast began early at 7:30 am, which i appreciated. The hotel included omelets, fresh juice, and coffee. The staff offered coffee even outside of regular hours. i appreciated the breakfast variety.

the hotel is in a square WITH several cafes and restaurants. many locals frequent the area. A carrefour supermarket is conveniently located nearby. i found several reasonably priced restaurants within easy walking distance.

decent hotel with minor flaws
great location excellent food local shop street noise disappointing breakfast impolite waiter
the location is great as it is away from the busy beach. restaurants nearby offer excellent food. local shops are much cheaper than those on the beachfront. it is a nice short walk to the beach.
a half inch gap existed along the edge of the window, so i heard street noise at night. this included people shouting and general car noises. breakfast was disappointing i received only a piece of bread, butter, and tea. the waiter was not very polite and spoke arabic when i spoke english.

easy walk lovely staff next restaurant
the staff printed my boarding passes and arranged transportation. a restaurant was conveniently located next door. i could easily walk to the souk and marina.
opening and closing the balcony doors was difficult

The staff was friendly and helpful. They offered assistance when needed. The solarium featured a swimming pool and many tables. These amenities allowed guests to relax outdoors.
The shower was very narrow. It was difficult to enter. The AC unit seemed old. It was uncleaned for a long time.
