the staff booked taxis for me. they were friendly. the food was amazing. the housekeepers cleaned the room daily and replaced accessories.

i loved my time here! the location was perfect, it has easy access to local attractions, and i found transportation very convenient. the room had a spacious modern design, the comfortable seating was great, and the bed was super comfortable i could get a restful night. the staff were so friendly always ready to assist with anything.

the wait times for drinks at the terrace bar were a little long. i feel it could improve slightly.

The room featured two separate sinks. It was great for getting ready quickly. Also a rainfall shower was available. plenty of storage was provided with a spacious closet so i could unpack easily. a minibar stocked with beverages was available.

The hotel offers direct beach access. This made it easy to take a swim in the ocean. it was great for morning walks along the shore. nearby i saw several restaurants within a ten minute walk.

The staff provided prompt and courteous service throughout the stay. I appreciated their attention. housekeeping ensured the room was always clean and well maintained. the concierge was helpful in arranging local transportation.

The pool area was excellent. The hotel was also nice and neat everywhere. I enjoyed breakfast with a wide variety of options and substantial choices. Staff provide very good service.

The check-in process could improve. I felt giving guests more info about amenities and facilities upon arrival will be helpful while they are waiting. I also wish I got complimentary tea upon arrival like the others.

i stayed for a quick getaway. the hotel pool area is fantastic with comfy loungers. the restaurant near the pool offered tasty meals. i found that the room was super clean. the housekeeping staff really kept everything super clean!
