a satisfactory stay overall

the room was quite comfortable. i found clean towels provided every day a nice touch. for those from the uk, there was even a kettle in the kitchen! shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and a hairdryer were available in the bathroom.
I requested a safe, and the staff provided one the next day. they left it on a shelf in the wardrobe. This did not seem very secure! the location was good though the walk to the beach took about 25 minutes.

the bathroom felt very outdated the shower door did not close properly causing water to leak everywhere also the provided towels were worn out and felt rough against the skin some replacements are needed soon i think. the room needed some care

The location is perfect to stay with family. The staff are very cute and helpful to my family. The on suit was clean. The bed been cleaned daily, also the towels been cleaned and provided daily.
The fridge was not plugged. This was annoying at first. I plugged it myself.

Breakfast choice has some limitations, so I recommend visit Tropicana, a restaurant nearby, is only five minutes away. This offers a better experience.

Reception staff is lovely. The male employees are more approachable and smile more. The female employees struggled a little to understand our demands. They also did not put much effort.

i found the hotel location great, very close to the beach. the room had facilities i needed, and cleaning service occurred daily with fresh towels. the pool area provided a relaxing space. i especially appreciated the good location with nearby bars and restaurants, it was very convenient.
the curtains were thin! it was next to a busy road so ear plugs became a must have.

the hotel offers breakfast. there was a good selection of food. the restaurant manager sometimes raised his voice. he made remarks to his staff in front of the guests. this made me uncomfortable.

the location is good. the beach is a short walk. some cafes are within walking distance. a liquor store is also nearby. i could find many good cafes and restaurants for eating.

the pool area is basic. the pool is nice. there are few sunbeds. i found one ladies and one gents toilet near the pool. vending machines only had water. there is no bar.
