attentive staff convenient location excellent meal

clean room helpful staff convenient location missing balcony odd breakfast limited dinner
the room was very clean the bed was comfortable i had a premium beautiful city view room the rooftop bar just opened it offered excellent views. the staff were helpful they provided great restaurant recommendations. i found the location convenient local restaurants were an easy walk away
i ordered a room with a balcony i did not get it. i found breakfast ordering odd i had to detail my choices the day before. i was limited to chicken and fish for dinner options

friendly staffs helpful staff great breakfast comfortable bed
i appreciated the friendly staffs. the staff welcomed me back each day and were always helpful. breakfast offered many choices and were delicious. the bed was very comfortable and allowed for restful nights.

Acceptable stay with a notable breakfast issue
the hotel location was suitable for local exploration. the staff offered assistance with luggage storage for a day following my departure.
i found the breakfast ordering system inconvenient. it requires pre-selecting every item the day before and specifying the exact breakfast time. this felt rigid as i prefer flexibility regarding what and when i eat in the morning

adequate stay with a few drawbacks
breakfast process no balcony
the breakfast ordering process was inconvenient you must complete an entire form the day before detailing your choices i was not comfortable with this as i did not know what i would want in the morning or when i would be ready to eat i found it inflexible. i also requested a room with a balcony but i did not receive one i booked almost six months in advance. i was told none were available the staff did not seem particularly apologetic.
