I experienced excellent service from every staff member. The cuisine was superb. The pool was large and well kept. I found the room comfortable and very clean.

I encountered a minor issue with the accuracy of spa timings listed. The booklet in the room presented different times than the actual schedule. This discrepancy caused some confusion.

i enjoyed my 4 nights here. the rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well designed. the staff team are friendly and of a very high standard. the children's pools were lovely and there was another very good sized pool. the staff were very helpful. my room was lovely, it had a bath and a shower.

the hotel staff are helpful and attentive, though english proficiency varies among them (not a problem though!). i found the check-in procedure a little different, requiring sitting down while staff processed documents, though it was efficient. the hotel provided excellent assistance.

the landmark king room includes a bath and a separate shower. decor is classy and well-kept. the rooms had fly spray in silk bags (a nice touch!), but an empty balcony could have used some seating.

the hotel lobby was grand. the architecture shows its age. the swimming pool offered many sun loungers . breakfast include wide variety of tasty food.

the gym only had few equipments. the air conditioning in the room was not strong enough. some staffs English skills wasn't strong. i found small insects in the bathroom.
