easy transferexcellent viewhotel deposit
the staff arranged our transfer easily. the room included everything needed, and the pool was lovely. robes were provided, also towels for the pool and jacuzzi. rooftop bar views were excellent and were a great spot to unwind after our ferry ride.
the hotel asked for a deposit when i arrived. i complained and didn't pay, but i did not like it

the staff was very helpful with all requests. they helped to arrange our transfer. front desk staff greeted us with smiles. service was amazing and cute.

the location is in the heart of everything. the location was good and relatively near central market. the hotel is on a quiet street near main attractions. we could walk to the royal palace.

wet floorunchilled refrigerator
water went everywhere after each shower, not fun to clean up. also, the fridge barely kept my drinks cool. Its more like a slightly cooler box. i stayed for three nights, expecting at least a quick tidy, but the room remained untouched.
