Sidney James Mountain Lodge has rooms equipped with a mini-fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, flat-screen television, smoke alarm, clock radio, telephone, and free wireless internet. Iron and ironing boards are available upon request. Some rooms include jetted Jacuzzi tubs and private balconies. Creekside rooms feature private balconies and flat-screen cable TVs. Double Bed Creekside With Balcony Rooms have two double beds for up to four guests. King Bed With Jacuzzi Creekside With Balcony Rooms feature one king bed, a private balcony overlooking the mountain stream, and a jetted Jacuzzi tub. Maple's Cottage is a two-bedroom cabin that can sleep up to six guests.

The Sidney James Mountain Lodge has a restaurant that provides guests with the opportunity to get food for any meal of the day. Guests can enjoy a great menu and tasty selection of breakfast and lunch options. The Poolside Cafe is located by the indoor pool area. Guests can dine inside the café, get meals to go for a picnic, or eat poolside. Breakfast is available until 11:00 a.m., followed by lunch, and dinner is seasonally available. Landmarks nearby include Anakeesta (1.5 km), Ole Smoky Tennessee Moonshine (1 km), and the Amazing Mirror Maze (1 km).
