The staff was warm and very helpful! dylan offered many great dining experiences nearby. marco at the outside bar and pool was wonderful. He always remembered our names and greeted us with a smile! heiner and alexander were also very helpful at the front desk. Talking with them was such a treat.

The air conditioning units placed near the entrance door seemed old and very noisy. It was impossible to fully hear the preserved nature. the breakfast wasn't at the expected level. It only offered bread, butter, and a few fruits.

The spacious beautiful room offered a balcony. It provided a panoramic sea view. the beds were super comfortable and offered direct sea views. a kitchenette and a large bathroom added convenience to the experience.

The hotel had good eating options. It featured restaurants within walking distance. breakfast included a mix of buffet and a la carte choices. The food was very delicious. we particularly enjoyed the filet mignon. It was cooked to perfection.

The hotel's location made access to the park and beaches very easy. the location was near to everything. It also provided amazing views. i saw many birds from my balcony. The wildlife was all around the hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff welcomed me with an umbrella during a rainy day! the open-air reception has a fine ocean and jungle view. It made a great first impression. i liked the two pools, one for adults, one for families with a fun waterslide. the complimentary bottled water in the refrigerator and the coffee maker in the room were a nice touch.

housekeeping didn't replace my towels one day, even though i left a note asking them to do so. it was a minor inconvenience, but it did slightly impact my otherwise seamless stay.

I found the staff very attentive. They walked to my car with an umbrella when it rained. the open-air reception offers fantastic ocean and jungle views! my beautiful villa had direct jungle and pacific ocean views. i appreciated the complimentary bottled water and coffee maker in the room.

the breakfast buffet was just okay. it was pretty small with limited options and a setup that felt awkward.
