i appreciated the seamless currency exchange and the attentive service from the reception staff i think paula and alfonso were their names they prioritized all requests efficiently. the well maintained pools and extensive walking paths added to the hotel's charm i definitely enjoyed the lush greenery all around.

the room was spacious and clean housekeeping maintained it well throughout my stay this added to the overall comfort the beds were comfortable and provided a restful sleep each night. the amenities were also very nice.

the hotel's location provided easy access to various attractions while still offering a peaceful retreat it was not too far from the city center ensuring convenient travel i found the location very accessible.
