excellent stay

modern equipment relaxing atmosphere
my stay included access to a gym that featured modern equipment. the gardens and pool created a relaxing atmosphere. paula and alfonso at the reception were helpful. they assisted with currency exchange and promptly addressed all requests i made.
the airport shuttle departure occurred before my arrival despite previous arrangements. there was no offer of compensation like a welcome drink or late checkout. i found this lack of attentiveness disappointing.

fantastic hotel experience

currency exchange attentive service
i appreciated the seamless currency exchange and the attentive service from the reception staff i think paula and alfonso were their names they prioritized all requests efficiently. the well maintained pools and extensive walking paths added to the hotel's charm i definitely enjoyed the lush greenery all around.

the tennis courts surprised me, they were in TOP condition. this hotel has a squash facility, a NICE bonus for sporty guests.

the tropical garden was beautiful and featured a nice pool! dining options were quite good. i found the service to be quick and friendly! the airport shuttle made transportation very convenient.
the gym could benefit from a few more updated machines.
